Centurion Bank of Punjab has opened its first full-fledged branch in Vijayawada on Wednesday. "Vijayawada is witnessing an explosive growth. We are committed to reach each and every part of the city," Mr Shailendra Bhandari, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Centurion Bank, said in a release. The bank would also focus on deeper penetration in Hyderabad, he said. With the launch of new branch, the bank now has 280 branches in 144 cities across the country.
