The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:4. In a notification to the NSE, the bank has said that the board at a meeting held on May 12, has recommended a 20 per cent dividend to shareholders for 2006-07. The board has also proposed issuing bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share for every four equity shares held on the record date for the bonus issue. —
