Tulip IT's new CSO

Our Bureau

Bangalore, May 13

Tulip IT Services has appointed Mr S.V. Ramana as Chief Services Officer. In this role, Mr Ramana will be responsible for efficient delivery of services to customers and for ensuring compliance to industry best practices. The CSO is an innovative designation with less than 5 per cent of the world's companies having a CSO on their payroll, according to a study conducted by research firm Aberdeen Group.

Keeping customer requirements in mind, and for further improved and extended service support, the company will provide executive level focus to deliver services even more efficiently to customers. In his last job at Cisco Systems, Mr Ramana was the Country Manager for the Systems Engineering Organisation for the company's operations for India and SAARC.
