ADDING POWER CAPACITY: The Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, being greeted by the Union Minister of State for Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation, Ms Kumari Selja, at a public rally after laying the foundation stone on Saturday for a 1200 MW power project being set up by Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd in Hissar.
