E&Y award for Suzlon chief

Professional services firm Ernst & Young has selected Mr Tulsi Tanti, Chairman, Suzlon Energy, for the India Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) Award 2006. Mr Tanti will be inducted into the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur Of the Year (WEOY) Academy on June 3 in Monte Carlo, Monaco (Europe). Nominations for this year's awards 2007 were also declared open on May 22. Finalists from across India will be invited to an award ceremony in November where winners will be felicitated. The winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year award 2007 will represent India at WEOY in Monte Carlo in the following year for the annual event that brings together all the country winners on one platform. Award categories include infrastructure, services, lifetime achievement, manager entrepreneur and start-up entrepreneur.
