Pune, May 30

Sahil Resorts, Agrifields and Farms Ltd is expanding its hospitality business with a 250-room five-star business hotel at Balewadi on a four-acre plot. The cost of the project is Rs 300 crore, said Mr Vinay Phadnis, Chairman and Managing Director of the Sahil group. He added that talks are in progress with an international chain to manage the property.

The company already owns a three-star resort at Lonavala, managed by the Sarovar group. Another five-star property at Alibag, which will be managed by the Radisson Hotels and Resorts and Malaysia-based Mandara Spa, is due to be commissioned next month.
