Hyderabad, June 5

Suryajyoti Spinning Mills, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of yarns, has joined hands with Pangea SRL of Italy to form a special purpose vehicle to set up a speciality bottom weight fabric weaving, dyeing and finishing plant. The techno-commercial collaboration would see establishment of a Rs 104.50-crore facility at Kurcharkal village in neighbouring Mahboobnagar district.

The facility spread over 50 acres would be ready by the year-end, Mr Arun Kumar Agarwal, Executive Director, told Business Line. The fabric manufactured at the facility would be sold in India and abroad under the Pangea Fabrics brand name.
