Kingfisher Radio open offer to Deccan Aviation

Bangalore June 8 Kingfisher Radio, a fully owned subsidiary of United Breweries (Holdings), has said that it will make an open offer to the shareholders of Deccan Aviation for Rs 155 per share to acquire a total of 20 per cent in the company.

Edelweiss Capital in a notice to the National Stock Exchange on Friday said that UB Holdings plans to acquire 2,70,94,024 fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each, representing an aggregate 20 per cent of the post-issue voting capital at a price of Rs 155 per share.

The offer opens on July 25 and closes on August 13.
