Gulf Oil's equity share allotment

Hyderabad, June 16

Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has informed the BSE that the company board has allotted 13 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to Teck Consultancy & Services and 2.4 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to Esquire at a premium of Rs 495 per share. This follows a decision by the share allotment committee of the board at its meeting held on June 14.
