TCG partners with Forest for drug candidates

Bangalore June 18 Kolkata-based TCG Lifesciences has partnered with Forest Laboratories Holdings to discover small molecule drug candidates for inflammatory diseases. Chemiotek, the chemistry and biology arm of TCG, will carry out this discovery research to identify and optimise lead molecules.

Forest will have full ownership of compounds developed under the collaboration with unencumbered worldwide rights and will fund all subsequent drug development and commercialisation activities.
