eInfochips sets up ennovate Technologies

Ahmedabad June 26 The Ahmedabad-based eInfochips Ltd announced on Monday the formation of a new software business unit, called ennovate Technologies, to leverage its domain expertise in the software technology, collaboration, healthcare and web applications to address customer needs for development, maintenance, and QA and testing.

ennovate Technologies, headed by Mr Nitin Deshpandey will address the complete software development cycle through its expertise on databases, application servers, user interface, web servers, client server and testing tools.

Key services

This would enable ennovate Technologies in addressing key IT services areas like web-based application, client server applications, multi-tier architectures, knowledge management systems and enterprise applications. ennovate's India offshore development centre and testing labs will help reduce customers' cost and time to market, according to a release.

Mr Deshpande has been instrumental in starting business operations for several Indian outsourcing companies and established their outsourcing practice across Asia and the US.

eInfochips Inc, based in Sunnyvale, California, and Ahmedabad, is a leading provider of ASIC design services, embedded systems solutions and IP cores. The company combines innovative business and development models worldwide to deliver total solutions for technology companies. eInfochips capabilities extend from Specification to Silicon to System, its President and CEO, Mr Pratul Shroff, said.
