Summit HR opens Bangalore centre

Bangalore, June 28 Summit HR, a global talent supply chain management company announced the launch of its Bangalore delivery centre on Thursday.

The Bangalore delivery centre will provide “Talent Supply Chain Managed Service” to companies and division of companies looking to hire less than 1,000 employees in a year.

The company will integrate the functions of outsourcing, assessing, and interviewing, hiring, orienting, deploying and retaining talent. Currently, Summit HR is working with many BPOs and telecom companies.

Addressing the press conference, Mr Ranjan Sinha, Chairman and CEO, Summit HR said that “We will provide mid-size companies a significant advantage in their ability to attract and retain talent, resulting in lower cost per hire and higher quality of hire.”

The Bangalore centre will be the fourth in the country to provide comprehensive (RPO) Recruitment Process Outsourcing services for companies in India. The Summit plans to add 8 more Talent Supply chain centres over the next 12 months. The projected investments in India are Rs 21 crore.

In the next few years Summit plans to invest in the infrastructure and development of psychometric tools suited specially for Indian employees.

Career Graph was recently acquired by Summit India in an effort to expand its support for technology product companies, IT and ITES. Mr Sinha said that the company is open to acquiring more companies in the near future.
