IndiGo to start service from Kochi on July 27

Kochi, July 18 IndiGo, the low-fare domestic airline, will start daily services connecting Kochi to Delhi and Hyderabad from July 27.

The company will serve these routes by using its eleventh brand-new Airbus A320, which will be delivered to the airline next week.

Mr Bruce Ashby, President and CEO of IndiGo, said in a release that the company would now connect 15 Indian cities, offering 78 daily flights, after taking delivery of the eleventh aircraft.

Since its launch in August 2006, IndiGo has carried over 1.75 million passengers and this number is increasing every day.
