HDIL lists at 13.5% premium

Mumbai, July 24 Shares of realty major, Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd, listed at a 13.5 per cent premium at Rs 567.60 on the BSE, before closing at Rs 558.60 here on Tuesday. The issue was priced at Rs 500.

Opening at Rs 567.50, it touched a high of Rs 617.50 and a low of Rs 473.50. Over 1.56-crore shares changed hands during the day.

On the NSE, it opened at Rs 538.60, rose to Rs 575 and touched a low of Rs 535 before ending the day at Rs 559.35. The quantity of shares traded was 2.85 crore, valued at Rs 1,600 crore.

The company offered 2.97 crore equity shares to the public in the price band of Rs 430- Rs 500. The IPO was subscribed 6.6 times.
