AP to have 3 new IIITs

Hyderabad, July 29

The Chief Minister, Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, has said that three new International Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) would be operational by July 2008. They would be established in Basar in Adilabad, Idupulapaya in Kadapa and Nuzvid in Krishna districts. Speaking at the sixth convocation of the IIIT-Hyderabad here on Saturday, Dr Reddy said that the Government would extend necessary support to these institutions.
