Punj Lloyd raises Rs 814 cr

New Delhi, Aug. 15

Engineering and construction firm Punj Lloyd Ltd has raised Rs 814 crore through a qualified institutional placement of 2.9 crore shares at Rs 275 each. Proceeds from the issue would be used to fund the acquisition of a 25.1 per cent stake in Pipavav Shipyard, investments in a real estate venture and for working capital and capital expenditure.
