Our Bureau Mumbai, Aug 16 The stock of realty company IVR Prime Urban Developers Ltd, which debuted on the bourses here on Thursday, closed at Rs 418.15, about 24 per cent below the issue price of Rs 550. Opening at Rs 500, it touched a low of Rs 388 before closing at Rs 418.15 on the BSE. A total of 76,38,432 shares were traded. On the NSE, it opened at Rs 456.25, touched a high of Rs 495 and a low of Rs 388, before closing at Rs 417.90. About 1.36 crore shares changed hands. The company had offered about 14.15 million equity shares to the public in the price band of Rs 510-600. The issue was subscribed 5.76 times.
