TCF-NADI setting up 2nd unit in Chennai

TCF-NADI Industrial Fans Pvt Ltd is investing about Rs 6 crore to set up its second factory near Madhavaram here, which will double its total production capacity to 5,000 industrial fans a year.

The 50:50 joint venture company of city-based NADI Airtechnics and US-based Twin City Fan Companies has been supplying industrial fans to automotive companies such as Tata Motors, General Motors, Ford India, Mahindra and Mahindra and Toyota Motors for many years now.

“We are seeing demand from industries like textile, cement, information technology (for ventilation purposes inside IT parks) and hotels,” said Mr J.B. Kamdar, Managing Director, TCF-NADI, at a press conference here.

The Indian medium duty industrial fans market that TCF-NADI operates in is estimated at about Rs 120 crore.
