Aarti Drugs MD resigns

Mumbai, Aug. 17

Aarti Drugs has said that Mr Satish P. Nachane, Managing Director, has resigned as Director of the company with effect from July 30. This announcement comes within weeks of the company making separate announcements on the BSE – announcing Mr Nachane’s reappointment for a five-year period, starting June 1, even as another announcement reported his resignation as Managing Director. The resignation was accepted by the board at a meeting on the same day, the compan y told the BSE, without giving any reasons for the resignation. –
