SkodaIndia tops JD Power Sales Satisfaction Index

SkodaIndia has moved to the top position in sales satisfaction according to the JD Power Asia Pacific 2007 India Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study released on Wednesday, up from the second place in the last year study.

Mr Karsten Bogun, MD (Commercial), ŠkodaIndia, said, “Today we feel extremely proud to reach the top ranking of JD Power SSI study.

Auto boom

“The Indian automobile industry is witnessing a boom and the market has become very competitive where the customer is the king.

“This validation by the JD Power Asia Pacific India SSI Report is a testament to our success.”

The Aurangabad-based wholly owned subsidiary ŠkodaAuto has been operating in India since 2001 and currently makes 13 models.

It has sold 44,000 units to date, a company statement said.
