Manipal varsity’s nursing college

Mangalore, Aug. 24

Manipal College of Nursing (MCON) – a constituent college of Manipal University (formerly Manipal Academy of Higher Education) – will be inaugurated in Mangalore on August 27. Addressing presspersons here on Friday, Dr Juliana D’Sa, Dean of the college, said MCON has been recognised by the regulatory bodies, and 100 seats have been sanctioned for the course. MCON will offer B.Sc (Nursing) course spread over duration of four years. Dr V.S. Acharya, Karnataka Minister for Medical Education, will inaugurate the college in Mangalore on August 27, she added. – Our Bureau
