Hyderabad, Aug. 28

The board of directors of Gayatri Projects Ltd, a leading construction company based in Hyderabad, has recommended a dividend of 20 per cent for the financial year 2006-07, the company informed the BSE. “Gayatri has showed a growth rate of 35.28 per cent during this year,” said Mr Sandeep Reddy, Managing Director. The board also approved increase of FII (foreign institutional investment) limit to 49 per cent and borrowing limits to Rs 1,500 crore.
