Call rates close at 6.15%

Mumbai, Sept. 3

The inter-bank call rates closed at 6-6.15 per cent on Monday, higher than the previous close of 3-4 per cent. In the first reverse repo auction under the LAF, the Reserve Bank of India received and accepted 22 bids for Rs 32,570 crore. There was no repo bid. The CBLO market saw 402 trades aggregating Rs 32,935.95 crore in the 5.65-7 per cent range.
