Smart Village planned in Kochi

Kochi, Sept. 11

Malayalle Realtors India Pvt Ltd has proposed to set up Smart Village in 55 acres of land at Manjapra near Nedumbassery. The project to be developed at a cost of Rs 500 crore will have premium villas, row houses, apartments, studio apartments in the preliminary stage. The project with its diversity, modern outlook and vast area will be the largest housing project in South India, Mr Sabu Karikkassery, Chairman, and Mr Francis Mukkannikal, Managing Director, said. –
