Mr K. Narasimha Prabhu has been elected President of the Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) for 2007-08. A KCCI press release said here on Tuesday that Mr Prabhu was unanimously elected President at the 66th annual general meeting of KCCI here on Tuesday. Following are the other office-bearers of KCCI: Mr Srinivas S. Kamath, Vice-President; Mr M. Ahmad Bava, Treasurer; and Mr M. Shekhara Pujari and Mr G.G. Mohandas Prabhu, Honorary Secretaries. Following are th e members of the executive committee of KCCI: Mr K. Surendra Prabhu, Mr Santosh D’Souza, Mr M. Aziz Ahmed, Mr Vishwanath Kadri, Ms Latha R. Kini, Mr A.G. Pai, Mr B. Chandrakanth Rao, Mr Nigam B.Vasani, Mr Jeevan Saldanha, Mr T. Ganapathi Pai, Mr B. Purushotham Shenoy, and Mr M. Ramamohan Pai.
