Nettlinx acquires US hosting services co

Our Bureau

Hyderabad, Oct. 2 Nettlinx Ltd today announced the acquisition of hosting services provider Host Department LLC based in Delaware, US, with offices in Freemont, CA and a back office in Indonesia.

This move is expected to bring synergies of a service provider in India with a Web-centric service provider in the US having clients in the small and medium enterprise segment. With this, Nettlinx will be able to offer customers products, tools and services necessary to build and operate an effective online business.

Mr Vijay Bhasker Reddy, Managing Director of Nettlinx, in a statement said: “With this development, the company expects to double topline this year. The company is in the process of negotiating with two more companies for acquisitions in the same space.”

However, the company did not disclose deal value.
