Korean co ties up with Websters Media

Coimbatore, Oct. 3 The Korea-based trade promotion company EC21 has launched its sales and marketing office in Coimbatore.

The company has through its B2B portal EC21.com entered the Indian market by signing up with Coimbatore-based Websters Media, the software division of Sodaltech Group.

Mr Kim Tae Sung, Executive Vice-President, EC21 Inc, Korea, said the company would tap the potential in industry-centric locations. Its focus is on providing eCommerce platform to promote online business through its portal EC21.com.

The portal will offer consultancy services to SMEs, organise trade missions and overseas exhibitions, develop Web sites/portals for trade associations and government organisations, help organisations use online marketing and search engine optimisation services and do credit rating service and reports for buyers and sellers.

He said it offered a product database of over 1.5 million product listings and a large global buyers database etc.
