Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 5 MobME, a Kochi-based start-up that develops value-added services for telecom and media companies, has announced the launch of OpenVoice, an open source-based voice solution.

According to Mr Sanjay Vijayakumar, CEO, MobME Wireless Solutions Pvt Ltd, the new product allows the company to offer high quality voice services to mobile phone operators, call centres and other corporate clients. The company has raised funding from a group of NRI investors during the recent GITEX exhibition in Dubai, Mr Vijayakumar said.
