Apollo Hospitals pref issue okayed
Chennai, Oct 8
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed the BSE
that the members at an EGM on October 6 approved
special resolutions to issue up to 1,549,157 warrants on a
preferential basis to Dr Prathap C. Reddy, one of the
promoters. Each warrant is convertible into one equity
share of the company of nominal value of Rs 10 each at a
price of Rs 497.69, which includes a premium of Rs
487.69 per share. The members also okayed a proposal to
issue up to 7,047,119 equity shares of the company of
nominal value of Rs 10 each at Rs 605.07 per share, which
includes a premium of Rs 595.07 per share, on a
preferential basis to any or all of the following entiti es:
Apax Mauritius (FVCI) Ltd and Apax Mauritius FDI One
