Amendment to Bulagria pact okayed

New Delhi, Oct 11

The Government on Thursday approved an amendment to an agreement between India and Bulgaria for promotion and protection of investments. This decision would enable Bulgaria to comply with its obligations as a member State of the European Union. “The Union Cabinet today gave its ex-post factor approval for amending the agreement between India and Bulgaria for the promotion and protection of investments, signed in New Delhi on September 12”, the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister, Mr P.R. Dasmunshi, told reporters here.
