Bharat Dynamics Ltd has paid dividend of Rs 23 crore for 2006-07 to the Government. Mr Raajnish Gossain, Chairman and Managing Director, presented a cheque to the Defence Minister, Mr A.K. Antony. Bharat Dynamics is a mini-Ratna category-1 company and is among the few companies in the world with capabilities to produce guided weapon systems. The company has been regularly paying dividend to the Government for over a decade. It has achieved a turnover of Rs 433 crore this y ear. —
