US’ Trident to buy Neilsoft shares

Pune, Oct. 13

Neilsoft, an engineering and technology solutions company, on Friday announced the signing of an agreement for the investment of $7 million by US-based Trident Capital to purchase Neilsoft equity shares and provide the company its second round of funding. These funds will be used to partially (75 per cent) buy-out the GVFL stake in Neilsoft and the balance funds ($4 million approximately) will provide growth capital to Neilsoft. The remaining 25 per cent of GVFL stake has been purchased by Neilsoft Directors and a few high network individuals.
