Sical Logistics to hike FII limit

Chennai, Oct. 13

Sical Logistics Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors at a meeting on July 30 and equity shareholders at a meeting on September 12 by way of special resolution approved the proposal to increase FII limit, including their sub-account, from 24 per cent to 49 per cent, subject to necessary provisions and approvals. - Our Bureau
