The Government hopes to have enough foodgrain production to meet the nation’s food security needs, Mr Pawar said. “With such major initiatives (National Food Security Mission and Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna), it is hoped that there will be enough production to take care of our food security requirements.” —
