Kolkata, Oct. 18

UCO Bank has announced festival discount on its home loans under UCO Shelter. For all new housing loans up to Rs 20 lakh, the bank will charge with immediate effect 0.25 per cent less than the normal rates. The discount will be available up to December 31, according to press release issued by the bank.

Simultaneously, UCO Bank, also as part of its festival offers, has launched three new deposits schemes, UCO 111, UCO 222 and UCO 444, each scheme attracting 0.5 per cent additional interest rates – UCO 111 with maturity period of 111 days will carry 6.5 per cent rate of interest, UCO 222 with maturity of 222 days will carry 7.5 per cent rate of interest and UCO 444 with maturity of 444 days will carry a rate of interest of nine per cent, the press release adds.
