Tata Chemicals share allotment

Chennai, Oct 19

Tata Chemicals Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has received conversion notice from 13 bondholders aggregating to $38,460,000 for conversion. A meeting of the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company will be held on October 22 to consider the conversion requests of FCCB bondholders and to allot the shares accordingly The shares of the company closed at Rs 300.65, down 3.11 per cent, on the BSE on Friday.
