Bangalore, Oct. 22

The 15th annual quality summit will be held here on November 1 and 2 in the backdrop of India Inc having made a deep impression in the global market with its improved quality and in pursuit of consolidating its preferential patronage for production and service outsourcing.

The two-day summit will be a focus not only India’s positioning with a definite edge in the international market for cost and quality advantages, but it will provide an opportunity for the country to rise to the next level of achieving excellence.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday to announce the quality summit, Mr K.N. Shenoy, Chairman of CII Institute of Quality, said the “event will showcase best-in-class quality practices on how companies need to position themselves to meet continuous waves of change and emerging issues in areas of organisational excellence encompassing productivity, people, processes, customer loyalty and social equity”.
