Gulf Oil revenue, net up

Hyderabad, Oct. 25

Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has registered total income of Rs 182.61 crore with a profit of Rs 5.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30,2007 as against income of Rs 156.22 crore and profit of Rs 3.58 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. The Lubricants division registered lower turnover of Rs 95 crore during the second quarter compared to Rs 109 crore in the corresponding period last year. However, the explosives, mining and infrastructure and speciality chemicals divisions recorded higher turnover. - Our Bureau
