Seshasayee Paper net up 13%

Chennai, Oct. 27 Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd has reported a 13 per cent growth in net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, compared to the corresponding period last year.

According to a company press release , increased production, higher net sales realisation, and reduction in energy cost through the use of captive power have contributed to the growth in profits. Interest and finance charges have also come down.
