New Delhi, Nov. 19

London is not only keen to promote more Indian investments into the United Kingdom but is also willing to provide all the assistance that Delhi requires for hosting the Commonwealth Games, the Mayor, Mr Ken Livingstone, said on Monday.

Addressing the media, Mr Livingstone said that unlike the United States, Britain did not want to create barriers to foreign investment. "We would be quite happy to see Indian companies comes to Britain make inward investments and take over companies," Mr Livingstone said.

The Mayor added that London was willing to help Delhi host the Commonwealth and also bid for the Olympics Games.
