Confident Group, a Bangalore-based real estate and hospitality company, has ordered five aircraft and a helicopter to launch its chartered airlines business soon.

The company selected its fleet of jets and helicopter at the recently concluded Dubai Air Show. The order is Dirham 72 million (about Rs 80 crore).

Confident Group, which will be operating its airlines service on a fractional ownership basis, will be targeting corporates and high net worth individuals for its business.

The Group diversified its interest from the core real estate business into airline, hotels, resorts and entertainment businesses, and hopes to build capacity for the chartered flights from its real estate customers.

Confident Group is in advanced stage of completing ten hotels and resorts across Bangalore, as it is aggressively expanding it real estate business. The Group has land bank of 1,000 acres in Bangalore, Kochi, Trivandrum and Dubai.
