Emaar MGF project in Chennai
Chennai, Nov. 26
Emaar MGF has announced the launch of a residential
project in Chennai, its first in South India. According
to an official press release, the 14-acre project, Chennai
Esplanade, with 536 apartments each of about 1,500 sq ft
is to come up at Tondiarpet, North Chennai. It will
include amenities like a clubhouse, jogging track and play
area.
The property will have an integrated security
system, wooden-floored bedrooms, centralised piped gas
connections, power back up and sewage treatment
facilities. The project is to be completed in 2009-10 and
will be sold in two phases. Emaar MGF is a joint venture
between Emaar Properties PJSC of Dubai and MGF
