The presence of central bankers can cause anxiety sometimes but with Dr. YV Reddy it was different, according to Dr. A.K. Khandelwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Bank of Baroda, the host bank of BANCON 2007. Few central bankers combine intellect and humour as Dr. Reddy does, he said.
