Tiruchi small industries body plans data bank

Tiruchi, Dec. 14 The Tiruchi District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association (TIDITSSIA) has planned to set up an information centre for assisting prospective entrepreneurs.

The centre, to be established with the support of the State Industries Department, would have a data bank of project reports to extend assistance to first-generation entrepreneurs, the association President, Mr S. Sridharan, said speaking on the sidelines of an entrepreneurship motivation camp here on Wednesday.

The centre would provide comprehensive information to budding entrepreneurs on various aspects such as product development, technology, and marketing.
