Hyderabad, Dec. 14 Positive Solutions, a Hyderabad-based SAP channel and education partner, has announced it has developed industry specific enterprise resource planning systems, with the latest one for the pharmaceutical industry.

These solutions have applications in sectors such as cement, seed manufacturing, packaging and drugs and pharmaceuticals.

According to the Chief Executive Officer of Positive Solutions, Mr Bhagwan Gorti, the company has developed a new ERP solution, POSAP, applicable for the pharma industry. This is built on SAP Business One.

At an event hosted by Positive on Thursday, along with SAP officials, members from the Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association, Pollution Control Board and other industry representatives, were familiarised with the features of this new system and its advantages.

The pharma ERP system was developed after a detailed study of the sector and its unique requirements. The company brought about the advantages of the ERP system through case studies of YM Drugs.
