People States - Andhra Pradesh New RBI Regional Director Hyderabad, Dec. 16 Ms Suma Varma has taken over as Regional Director (Andhra Pradesh) of Reserve Bank of India, replacing Mr R. Gandhi. Mr Gandhi has been transferred to New Delhi.
