Contest on leadership

University of Dayton, Ohio, US and Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) have invited entries for the ‘Mindful Leadership’ competition. Students aged 18- 25 have to write and discuss what it means to be a mindful leader based on the United Nations Global Compact’s principles of business, said a statement. Entries, restricted to 15 pages including visuals, should be submitted in English may be mailed to udayt on@liba.edu or by post to LIBA before January 31. Two winning entries will be chosen to travel to the University of Dayton to attend the Redefining Investment Strategy Education forum from March 27 to 29 where about 2,000 global finance professionals and students would congregate. Speakers at the forum include Dr Frank M.Hatheway, Chief Economist, Nasdaq Stock Market, Mr Thomas R. Keene, Editor-at-large, Bloomberg News and Mr Charles V. Payne, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Analyst, Wall Street Strategies. —
