NMDC bonus issue, stock split

Hyderabad, Dec 27

The board of directors of National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (NMDC) has approved the enhancement of its paid-up equity capital from Rs 150 crore to Rs 400 crore at its meeting held on Thursday. The Hyderabad-based company would also issue bonus shares in the ratio of two shares for every one share held in the company. The board had also approved the splitting of shares of Rs 10 each into 10 shares of Re 1 each, according to a release. – Our Bureau
