IceNet to offer technical support for US cos

Our Bureau

Ahmedabad, Jan. 11 The Ahmedabad-based technology driven knowledge process outsourcing company IceNet is planning to offer technical support outsource solutions for companies in the US and Europe.

The company is targeting SMEs in the US having turnover between $50 million and $200 million under a “blue ocean strategy”, that envisages creating entirely new markets where none existed before. Icenet will deliver a partner approach instead of a vendor approach. It is also gearing up to foray into engineering design services segment soon.

The company launched TSO Web site, www.icenet.com, and also inaugurated the global support centre of its first customer, Verso Technologies Inc, US.

Mr Chirag Mehta, CEO and MD of IceNet, told a press conference here that the TSO business opportunity has been recognised as a big wave in the coming years.
