Bajaj hearing to continue

New Delhi, Jan. 14

The hearing on the feud between the Bajaj brothers over division of family holdings will continue on Tuesday morning at the Company Law Board (CLB). On Monday's hearing, counsel for Mr Sihshir Bajaj said that works towards an amicable settlement is still going on and for it the presence of some persons were necessary who were not available. The issue of cash reserves of the companies and the role of the mother as the mediator also came up. The arguments would continue over the next two days, as scheduled by the board earlier. On the other hand, the Rahul Bajaj side is expected to present their case on January 28, 29 and again on February 14-16, according to the CLB schedule. - Our Bureau
